來自哈佛大學的鱷魚合唱團(Harvard Krokodiloes,或稱The Kroks),成立於1946 年,歷史悠久,其起源甚至能追溯至成立於1770年的Hasty Pudding Club!
自成立以來,鱷魚合唱團曾多次於全球各著名表演場地大放異彩,其觀眾包括摩納哥王子和公主、泰國國王、影星伊麗莎白·泰萊,及音樂家馬友友和倫納德·伯恩斯坦等,伯恩斯坦更在2017 年為The Kroks作了一首原創歌曲!
每年一月,The Kroks都會作全美巡演,再在夏季作世界巡迴。在各地的舞台上,一眾團員展現出眾的才能,又唱又跳,充滿活力,更不忘搞笑,常透過幽默的串場和詼諧歌曲,逗得台下笑聲陣陣。
The Harvard Krokodiloes (or The Kroks), a renowned a cappella group from Harvard University, was founded in 1946 and has a rich history. In fact, its origins can be traced back to the Hasty Pudding Club, which was established as early as 1770!
Since its inception, The Kroks has performed at prestigious venues around the world, entertaining audiences that have included the Prince and Princess of Monaco, the King of Thailand, acclaimed actress Elizabeth Taylor, and renowned musicians Yo-Yo Ma and Leonard Bernstein. In a remarkable collaboration, Bernstein even composed an original song for The Kroks in 2017.
Annually, The Kroks embark on a tour of the United States in January, followed by a global tour during the summer months. On stages across various locations, the group's members showcase their outstanding talents, captivating audiences with their energetic singing and dancing, while also delighting them with humorous performances and witty songs.
